Ananta Values-based Leadership Programme

Ananta Values-Based Leadership

Class 5

The Ananta Centre’s Leadership Programme employs a Socratic dialogue approach to explore the challenges of leadership in balancing the pursuit of goals with staying grounded in core values. Designed for accomplished leaders, this course helps participants refine their purpose—both for their personal development and their organisations. The programme consists of three virtual seminars, which must be attended in sequence.

Our alumni network includes senior management from esteemed organisations such as Ashok Leyland, Forbes Marshall, Tata Group, Naandi Foundation, and CII, among others.

Each seminar will be held over five days, with sessions lasting two hours daily on Zoom.

The first seminar of class 5 was held successfully and was moderated by Rachita Sinha, Founder Youcan and Shobhana Kumar, Poet and Writer.

Class 1

The Ananta Centre’s Leadership programmes course uses Socratic dialogue to explore the tensions in leadership to achieve goals while remaining anchored in values. The course is designed for accomplished leaders who are seeking to build on their traditional skills to hone the purpose of their lives and their organisations.
