Dealing with Climate Crisis: Jamshyd Godrej delivers the 8th CK Prahalad Memorial Lecture
Ananta Aspen Centre and the Confederation of Indian Industry jointly organise the annual CK Prahalad Memorial Lecture. The late Professor CK Prahalad besides being a leading business thinker of his time, also authored the India@75 development blueprint for India. His vision has come to be a de-facto national aspiration.
The Lecture Series facilitates conversations on critical issues facing the society. The 2019 Lecture was delivered by Jamshyd Godrej, the Chairman of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd and Chairman Ananta Centre. Mr Godrej, known for his commitment to the environment, spoke on Climate Crisis & Bio Diversity Preservation Challenge: Role of Industry and Civil Society. The talk focused on what could be done to ensure sustainable development in the context of the current climate situation.
