Ananta Godrej Ideas India 2024 | Lucknow | 6-8 September
This year’s Ideas India event, held in Lucknow, featured Dar Vanderbeck, Vice President, Aspen Global Leadership Network, and brought together over 100 fellows, including an exciting contingent of young leaders. The overall theme was “Looking Within”. Ideas India, an initiative led and driven by the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellows, encourages discussion on a set of pressing themes and critical challenges faced by society. The event draws an eclectic set of leaders and thinkers from across sectors and regions to engage in text-based dialogues and specially curated sessions designed to help reflect on one’s values and spur them into action.
The theme echoed throughout the event as we explored how self-awareness is a key to navigating the complexities of leadership and the world around us. It challenged each of us to reflect on who we are becoming and how to stay true to the core of who we are.
The sessions at the Ananta Godrej Ideas India are designed to help attendees unpack their worldview and arrive at the core of what they stand for. These sessions are a mix of introspection, interaction and knowledge sharing led by Aspen trained moderators.
