Saumya Tripathi, Strategic Analyst Saumya Tripathi is a law graduate and has a degree in English Literature as well. She is pursuing a master's in Political Science. Saumya developed a keen interest in International Relations during her Law graduation while studying International Law. This furthered her insight into the legalities of several aspects of International dealings of the country. Saumya takes a keen interest in the study of Southeast Asia as well as Middle Eastern countries owing to the richness of resources, culture and economic prowess found in these areas, along with the historical and current relevance they hold when it comes to trade with India. She has written some commentaries on South Asia. Saumya aspires to do her PhD in the field of International Relations, on Hard and soft diplomacy, concerning the approach India takes to deal with various countries around the world specifically Middle Eastern countries and Southeast Asia.
