Author bio- Mithilesh Phadke is affiliated with the Ananta Aspen Centre, a non-partisan, non-profit organisation that promotes value-based leadership through Socratic Dialogue and curates fellowships for different age groups, ranging from 14 to 45 years old. At the Centre, I work in the Leadership vertical, curating programmes for age groups between 14 to 24. I am also part of an annual event called Ananta Godrej Ideas India, where we invite fellows from all our fellowships and different walks of life. Additionally, I contribute to the International Vertical, where my role is primarily support-based. I was part of the Arctic Circle India Forum, and I am currently part of the Critical Minerals Project. I am also involved in leading an annual Public event where we discuss the Indian government's annual budget. In the International Relations vertical, the last program I was part of was the Arctic Circle India Forum, and I am currently working on the Critical Minerals project. For all the above programmes which I am part of, my role varies from curating programmes, conducting research, managing logistics, developing visualisation analysis and stakeholder engagement to connect government, business, and civil society for more effective dialogue. My work reflects a commitment to nurturing leadership and fostering informed conversations that contribute to a better future.
