Ananta Values-based Leadership Programme

The Ananta Centre’s Leadership programmes course uses Socratic dialogue to explore the tensions in leadership to achieve goals while remaining anchored in values. The course is designed for accomplished leaders who are seeking to build on their traditional skills to hone the purpose of their lives and their organisations.

Class 2

During the lockdown last year, we launched the first virtual Leadership programme. The programme was extremely well received by the participants of the inaugural class.

After receiving the amazing response from our corporate members, the result is that this edition is exclusively for the members of Ananta Centre.

The Ananta Values-based Leadership Programme is based on our flagship Kamalnayan Bajaj fellowship and the GP Birla Fellowship. The course is designed for accomplished leaders who are seeking to build on their traditional skills to hone the purpose of their lives and their organisations. This is a three-seminar course and must be taken in sequence.

Seminar 1: Models of Leadership | 22-26 March 2021
Seminar 2: The Good Society | 24-28 May 2021
Seminar 3: Leadership Identity | 5-9 July 2021

The first seminar of the programme was held successfully and was moderated by James Abraham, Trustee, Ananta Centre; Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow and the Founder and Director, SolarArise and Vinati Kastia Kilambi, Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow and Senior Partner, AZB & Partners.
