About Ananta Leaders Fellowship

The fellowship aims to foster values-based leadership, encouraging individuals in the age group 35-45, to reflect and discuss on what defines a good society and also to provide a neutral and balanced forum for discussing, reflecting and acting on critical issues.

The fellowship aims to foster values-based leadership, encouraging individuals in the age group 35-45, to reflect and discuss on what defines a good society and also to provide a neutral and balanced forum for discussing, reflecting and acting on critical issues.

The programme is unique due to the diversity of participants, with a 50/50 percent mix from the defense and armed forces along with representatives from the corporate sector and civil society, which contributes to the healthy and enlightened learning within a closed circle of trust.

The seminar is moderated by Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellows using the Socratic Dialogue which enables critical thinking and illuminating of ideas; opportunity to explore new ways of tackling challenges and dealing with practical issues explore; embark on a path of self-discovery and self-reflection.
